Delete your Notchi account

You can initiate account deletion directly inside Notchi. You do not need to email us first.

Before you delete

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. If you want to stop future renewal, first open Manage subscriptions or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Notchi.

Delete from the app

  1. Open Notchi and go to Settings.
  2. Open your Notchi account screen and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  3. Tap Delete account and confirm the permanent deletion.
  4. Keep an internet connection until Notchi confirms completion. If an error appears, deletion has not been confirmed; retry or contact support.

What is removed

The deletion flow requests removal of your Supabase account, its linked download access records, and your linked RevenueCat customer profile. You will lose account-linked access on that account. It does not delete Apple’s transaction records or cancel Apple billing. Local app preferences and downloaded artwork are separate from your cloud account; remove the app if you also want to remove its local data.

Contact [email protected] for help. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send your sign-in code, password, Health records, or payment card information.
